Controls and Xbox to Play station translation.
Since I use the Xbox version all references to combos, in game actions and any button pushing activity in the game will be made using Xbox buttons only hence this section is to explain the games controls and how they translate over to Playstation.[Note I'm only making this section for those who might not use Xbox but still need this guide that is all].

For those of you who do not know how to fight in game you can learn how via the battle practice section of the practice section of the free battle menu more on that later.
In-Game currency
In the game there are 2 main currencies both can acquired via various methods across all game modes.
Firstly we have ryo which is money earned either by winning fights in any mode or by completing events and requests or by breaking objects in adventure mode.
Then we Ninja treasures which can again be acquired in all modes. They are ninja tools ranging from kunai, anbu masks, ninja blades, shuriken and scrolls, made of substances ranging from bronze, silver, gold and platinum. These can gained randomly during any battle regardless of the mode, however there are other ways to earn them in each mode.
In story mode you may earn via bonus actions which must performed during either a battle or scripted boss battle this will be further elaborated on later.
In adventure mode it is possible to earn these by breaking objects such pots and boxes as well as completing requests and events.You also gain some via completing one of each of Ebisu's 50 tasks.
In online mode besides battle treasures are earned mainly by 3 ways the first is the bingo book where you earn treasure packs if you win a fight and your opponent used a certain character. The second method is during limited time events in which you battle CPUs using certain characters under certain conditions. Lastly you can earn treasures via daily login in online mode.
Also additional treasures are gained automatically through each dlc pack.
Lastly ninja treasures gained when using a certain character in a fight can be doubled on that characters birthday, For example May 15th is Killer B's and Kankuro's birthday hence all treasures earned by both of them in a fight is doubled.
By now your wondering why we need this stuff its going to be used to buy stuff in collection game mode will explain later.
Trophies/Achievements guide
There are 50 Trophies in the game and they can be divided into 4 groups: Story, Adventure, Free Battle and Fight. As well as the platinum which is gained after all the others are earned.
Story Trophies[30]
These trophies are all unlocked after completing story mode with an S rank in each fight.
Adventure Trophies[2]
These are unlocked by completing both main events and sub events in adventure mode [Naruto's Story only].
Free Battle Trophies[7]
These are all unlocked by completing a set of fights in various modes within free battle mode such as survival and leagues
Fight Trophies[10]
These are the easiest to get as they are all unlocked when fighting by the time you finished story mode and adventure mode you will have accidentally unlocked most if not all of them

Character Moves and Combos
This section will list the combos and moves of all character in the game, however certain characters in story mode have altered move sets and will be include at the bottom of the list where as Base game characters will be listed first and after that dlc. Naruto storm game unlike other fighting games have a very simplistic combo system as almost every combo relies on the B or circle button. For more details on this take a look at this link : . I DO NOT OWN THE CONTENTS OF THE link however it can explain the finer details better than I.
In the game you will realize that many character actually possess the same combos just with different names and effects this makes any character easier to master over time. Below each character's different combos are listed one after the other alongside the descriptions with the exception of secret techniques and linked secret techniques which are largely described by the name itself.[NOTE ALL WILL BE IN XBOX TERMINOLOGY] Also UPL means Left stick up. and DOWNL means Left stick down and TILTL means tilt Left stick.
All character can use ninja tools via directional pad however outside of adventure mode these tools are preset for every character with certain exceptions. Up direction button on the D pad is almost always a guard break with certain exceptions. During awakenings characters cannot use these tools however some awakenings can use direction buttons in special attacks. Note that these tools are not endless like projectiles from X button but have limits depending on it is usefulness this number is noted next to the tool in question.
Note: Some characters have more than one ninjutsu which you can select from in character select menu
An important mechanic is Secret technique and is your trump card as it lots of damage when connected. Secret techniques are simply cutscenes that play once your character manages to connect its initial action [Y+B+B] which are different for every character. When an enemies hp is at the point where a secret technique would kill them a finish cut in will play this is a small scene where your character says something [there are some unique scenes depending on the secret technique user and it's target]. As these are merely cut-scenes i will not give descriptions for them in the below part of the guide [i mean isn't kinda silly to tell you what happens in a cutscene when you can watch it yourself] but i will name them, also some characters have many secret techniques that can be selected from when selecting character in character select menu.
All characters can 'Awaken' when their hp reaches a certain point which varies from character to character when the player holds Y for about 5 seconds without stopping.. Once awakened every character will change to an extent this also varies, some will transform to different or even giant forms and others will remain the same in terms of appearance. When awakened some if not most characters will have different combos or moves but others will maintain all their previous combos usually with just one or two being different. However there are some things that ALL awakenings have in common first, all combos will do even greater damage regardless of whether their form changed, second all combos will be slightly faster, third all combos will produce a small shock wave on each hit and fourth each attack will do more costume damage.
Another important piece of info regarding character skills are linked secret techniques. These can only be used in team battles when the storm gauge is filled, when this happens input Y+Y+Y+B [Note you can still use normal secret technique] as a result a red glow will surround all your characters as both of your current support rush at the enemy followed by yourself if they successfully come into contact [without the enemy guarding or avoiding them] it will transition into a scene where each of the support perform combos followed by the leader's [your currently used character's] secret technique. If your team consists of only 2 characters then the same thing occurs albi less characters will rush at the enemy plus the leader will now do a combo before using their secret technique. However if your team consists of a certain combination of characters than at the end of the combos done by support or by support and leader a unique LINKED secret technique will play. These will have their own unique finish cut ins as well. An example of linked secret technique that i just explained is using the team Naruto [sage of the six paths mode] and Sasuke [Rinnegan] will result in linked secret technique: Six paths Almighty scream.
In the below guide certain character will possess different combos while awakened but other will possess identical combos with a few exceptions so when this is the case i will type in"same combos as when normal except for those below". Also please keep in mind when awakened characters cannot use tools or secret techniques. Another important thing to remember is that some characters possess the same Ninjutsu [Y+B] when awakened as when normal but these may have been altered as they may do more damage or land more hits however as their main description is unchanged I won't include these in the awakening section but i may not it when explaining it the first time.
Lastly this move guide by far the most tedious part of making this guide so in a few areas the grammar maybe off cause im gonna focus on trying to include everything in a combo which might make it sound weird. Also the way i write down the descriptions may change as this part could easily take a month which is long enough for me to get new ideas. Sorry for the inconvenience I will do my best to update on this issue in the future.[After i take a long well deserved break]

Kakashi attacks with a combo ending with him using kamui and appearing below the enemy using a kick to send them upwards followed by him using earth style mud wall to send the enemy even higher up.

Kakashi attacks with a combo that ends with him performing water style water dragon jutsu to knock the enemy into the ground.

Kakashi uses kamui to slightly damage but to mainly stun the the target for a second or two it must be done at point blank range to work successfully.

Kakashi throws the enemy upwards with a back kick after grabbing them then grabs them mid air and spins as they both crash into the ground.
Ninjutsu [Y+B]:
1.Lightning blade[HOLD B for Lightning Cable]
Kakashi charges at the enemy with his lightning blade or if HOLD B is used he will instead summon two shadow clones who connect their lightning blades to create a cable and rush forwards.
2.Earth style: Fang pursuit Jutsu
Kakashi summons Pakkun and the ninja hound who tunnel underground until they reach the enemy after which they surface and attack them with several strikes ending with Kakashi kicking the enemy as they are thrown back.
3.Fire style: Fire ball jutsu
Kakashi sends a medium sized fire ball hurled towards the enemy [it will pursue the enemy should they move but to minimum extent]
4.Water style: water dragon jutsu
Kakashi calls forth a dragon made of water which charges towards the enemy and strike them before disappearing.
