Đó là một chiếc xe buýt thực sự tốt đẹp. Tôi đã phải đổi xe buýt và họ rất tốt và hữu ích. Từ xe buýt đến văn phòng, nơi chúng tôi đợi chuyến xe buýt tiếp theo và đi theo chúng tôi trên chuyến xe mới. Những chiếc ghế nơi tuyệt vời để ngả lưng và ngủ. Họ cũng có chăn đẹp.

Its a really nice bus. I had to change bus and they were verry nice and helpful. From the bus to the office, where we waited for the next bus and follow us on the new one. The seats where great to lean back and sleep. They had nice blankets as well.

The bus coordinator was yelling on the phone all the time. After a few minutes we stopped like for an hour without any reason. And the 1st stop there was nothing to buy and the toilets were just 2 squares with 1.3 mts walls and in the case of men it was just the wall, no toilets inside..

The staff of Ha Giang hostel [pick up point] was very helpfull and reasuring to indicate us wich bus we needed to take. The beds seemed a bit tight for tall people [wich was not my case] though, but the ride was good. The bus arrived 30 mins late, but we arrived 30 mins earlier.

So this was actually one of the worst experiences of my life. Me and my boyfriend are backpacking trough Vietnam. We booked two tours with “Sapa Vietnam” before. Both went well. So we booked a third tour from ha giant to Catba. It was a sleeper bus, leaving at 18:45, planning on arriving at 6:48. 609,500 Dong per person [~25€]. First of the bus was in a really bad condition, the belts weren’t usable and also you couldn’t change the position of the seat, but honestly that was nothing compared to what was coming. So first it took us over an hour to leave ha Giang. We were constantly stopping not only to pick up other passengers, but also I believe “illegal” ones, that than were sitting on the floor in the bus. We couldn’t drive 10 min without stopping. We also stopped just so the driver and the other stuff could have a break to smoke. Furthermore we then stopped to pick up a living pig. [?!] The pig was than put in the box where our baggage was stored. They put a bag over its head and tied its legs together. It was so sad to watch! We also picked up envelopes and packages from several different places, like we were also a post delivering service. And we also stopped at the Supermarkt so that the driver could get cookies?? We than also picked up a cage with several small pigs and a cage with chicken, that were both also stored with our backpacks, brutally like the first one! I want to emphasize here that you could hear their screams ALL THE TIME. We are now currently 4 hours in this bus. It’s not possible to sleep, because you can constantly hear how bad those animals are hurting? The driver is also on his phone talking to people, which also makes sleeping harder. We now did our first toilet stop - well we actually stopped at a place where the toilet was a hole in the ground. You couldn’t stand being there because you could smell the excrements of others so bad. We then tried to go to the toiled at a meadow next to the spot we parked, but the bus driver actually told us we were not allowed to and could only go where the hole was??! In general the stuff was not really friendly, always hurrying us passengers, but stopping every five minutes to pick something up! It took us than another 1,5 hours to drop every package we picked up in ha Giang off to different addresses. We arrived in Catba 1,5 hours later than expected. What can I say I’m truly shocked. I would have never expected this when booking a tour with “Sapa Vietnam”. I can just say, I hope you check your bus drivers and stuffs before the next rides, because so you will lose all your potential customers, in particular me. After this experience I’m not quite sure if I want to travel with your company ever again!!

Old Bus. no comfort. no sockets. no curtains. hardly any space. Ventilation did not work properly. The bus driver and passenger could not speak English

Ngày 2: Hà Giang - Lũng Cú - Đồng Văn - Mèo Vạc: 170 km [ăn sáng, trưa, tối]
- 05h00: Xe đưa Đoàn đi thăm quan Di tích nhà Vương - Nhà của Vua Mèo Vương Chí Sình với công trình kiến trúc cổ mang đậm phong cách Trung Hoa.
- Đoàn tự do chụp ảnh, tham quan Cột Cờ Lũng Cú [điểm cực bắc của tổ quốc]
- Xe đưa Đoàn đi Đồng Văn, trên đường đi Đoàn dừng chân chiêm ngưỡng vẻ đẹp hùng vĩ của đèo Mã Pì Lèng, ngắm nhìn vẻ đẹp của hải vực sông Nho Quế. Ăn trưa tại thị trấn Đồng Văn, sau đó tham quan Phố Cổ.
