H.323 is an ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) recommendation that describes protocols for the provision of audio-visual (A/V) communication sessions on all packet networks. 1. Connect to the splash screen by dialing the IP Address only.
2. Enter the five-character pairing code (seen on the splash screen) into the pairing code option on the Zoom website or in the Zoom application.

It is possible to call out to your H.323/SIP devices by using the public IP address or by a device that is assigned with what is known as a SIP URI. Remember, endpoints must be accessible.
