Hello, I started playing Shadow fight 3 when it released and never touched it again. I would like to start over a new game, because I don't remember anything about the story, and I want to be able to follow it. Anyone knows how to restart?

I think if you go in settings--> apps --> shadow fight 3 and just clear your data [not cache, data] then launch the game and don't sign it then you can start over, otherwise just look for an option to sign out of your account

Go to settings, find SUPPORT and message them that you want to restart your progress. After that you'll get reply whether you really wish to start from beginning or not. Confirm that you want to and wait until they restart. Might take a day or two. Maybe even more or less.

You can delete the data for Shadow fight 3 in your Google play app under settings>delete data. The uninstall are reinstall the game and connect to Google play and you should be fine. It works for other games as well if you need to do this again

You can, you know... Just write to them via the in the game support and tell them to reset the progress. They do it. Or use an app like parallel space to start another account if you want to keep your main account as well.

Not sure if this will work for everyone but you can follow below steps
1] Go to settings, Google, apps connected, select the respective Gmail ID link to Shadow Fight 3, and from the list of apps select Shadow Fight 3 and click disconnect.
2] It will ask permission to confirm that you want to disable access to Shadow Fight 3 for your old account. Accept it. Now your account is not linked to any Shadow Fight 3 progress.
3] Start a fresh game and link your new account to your Gmail account. Hopefully as in my case it will link directly to your Gmail account. And if not it will show a menu asking you whether you want to restore your previous progress or continue with your current account. Select your current account and select don't show again. I hope this helps you
