Part 3: Your Responsibilities

When using WEBSITE Law Net requires you to register a Subscriber Name, Password, and some personal information before use. This information must be accurate, because it directly affects your interests.

When the user wants to change the registered information [Subscriber's name, user name, Email,...], the user must change in the Account information section;

You keep your Username and Password confidential. WEBSITE Law Net will not be responsible in cases where the password is changed due to disclosure by the user, or for many people to use together.

Each Subscriber Name is registered for a specific individual or unit. Therefore, WEBSITE Law Net have limited rights at a time then 1 Personal Subscription Only 1 person can use it. For Business Subscription then the number of users at a time will be registered by you.

Part 4: Limiting Your Rights

Your rights are limited by the following provisions:

1. Do not copy, sell, sublease the right to use, or provide the Username and Password to a third party for use.
2. it is not allowed to use information and data from WEBSITE Law Net to develop [in whole or in part] another storage and search system for commercial purposes, including: sale, rental or commercial form. other trade.

Not responsible for any claims, damages caused as a result of, or arising out of, in connection with the use or inability to use the WEBSITE Law Net .

In addition to the above limits, if there is a legal obligation that WEBSITE Law Net has to bear and compensate, it will be equal to the fee you pay the last time [the last time].

Part 6: Handling violations

WEBSITE Law Net has the right to apply measures to handle violations that are allowed by law if you violate the provisions of this General Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any acts giving rise to liability and claims in connection with this Agreement shall be settled in the competent People's Court.

Part 7: Implementation

Notices and disclaimers on the WEBSITE Law Net are subsequently added to the Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement, as well as subsequent notices and warnings, is unlawful, void and/or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed separate from those provisions. remainder of the Agreement, and without prejudice to the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement entered into force on October 15, 2015.

CÔNG BỐ DANH MỤC TÀI SẢN MUA SẮM TẬP TRUNG CẤP TỈNH

CHỦ TỊCH ỦY BAN NHÂN DÂN TỈNH THANH HÓA

Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức chính quyền địa phương ngày 19/6/2015;

Căn cứ Luật Quản lý, sử dụng tài sản nhà nước ngày 03/6/2008;

Căn cứ Luật Đấu thầu ngày 26/11/2013;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 52/2009/NĐ-CP ngày 03/6/2009 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật Quản lý, sử dụng tài sản Nhà nước;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 63/2014/NĐ-CP ngày 26/6/2014 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Đấu thầu về lựa chọn nhà thầu;

Căn cứ Quyết định số 08/2016/QĐ-TTg ngày 26/02/2016 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ quy định việc mua sắm tài sản Nhà nước theo phương thức tập trung; Căn cứ các Thông tư của Bộ Tài chính: Thông tư số 34/2016/TT-BTC ngày 26/2/2016 công bố danh mục tài sản mua sắm tập trung cấp quốc gia, Thông tư số 35/2016/TT-BTC ngày 26/2/2016 hướng dẫn việc mua sắm tài sản theo phương thức tập trung;

Căn cứ Thông tư số 58/2016/TT-BTC ngày 29/3/2016 của Bộ Tài chính quy định chi tiết việc sử dụng vốn Nhà nước để mua sắm nhằm duy trì hoạt động thường xuyên của cơ quan nhà nước, đơn vị thuộc lực lượng vũ trang nhân dân, đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập, tổ chức chính trị, tổ chức chính trị - xã hội, tổ chức chính trị xã hội - nghề nghiệp, tổ chức xã hội, tổ chức xã hội - nghề nghiệp;

Xét đề nghị của Sở Tài chính tại Công văn số 1807/STC-QLCSGC ngày 13/5/2016 đề nghị ban hành Danh mục tài sản mua sắm tập trung cấp tỉnh,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Công bố danh mục tài sản mua sắm tập trung cấp tỉnh với các nội dung như sau:

1. Danh mục hàng hóa, dịch vụ [sau đây gọi chung là tài sản] mua sắm tập trung cấp tỉnh [trừ thuốc] bao gồm:

a] Máy vi tính phục vụ công tác của cơ quan nhà nước, đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập, tổ chức chính trị, tổ chức chính trị - xã hội, tổ chức chính trị xã hội - nghề nghiệp, tổ chức xã hội, tổ chức xã hội - nghề nghiệp, Ban quản lý dự án trên địa bàn tỉnh.

b] Tài sản lĩnh vực giáo dục là thiết bị và dụng cụ giảng dạy, học tập ban hành theo danh mục tối thiểu trang cấp cho các cấp học theo quy định của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo gồm:

- Thiết bị tin học cho phòng học ngoại ngữ, phòng học tin học [máy vi tính, máy chiếu, các thiết bị trình chiếu, thiết bị âm thanh] cho các cấp học từ mầm non đến trung học phổ thông;

- Thiết bị mầm non gồm đồ dùng đồ chơi trong nhà và đồ chơi ngoài trời;

- Thiết bị dạy học cho cấp trung học cơ sở và trung học phổ thông;

- Thiết bị phòng học bộ môn: Lý, Hóa, Sinh, Công nghệ;

- Bàn ghế, bảng theo tiêu chuẩn các cấp học.

c] Tài sản lĩnh vực y tế gồm:

- Vắc-xin, sinh phẩm y tế phục vụ công tác phòng, chữa bệnh cho người;

- Hóa chất xét nghiệm, vật tư tiêu hao phục vụ công tác phòng, chữa bệnh cho người;

2. Việc điều chỉnh danh mục tài sản mua sắm tập trung cấp tỉnh tại khoản 1 Điều 1 Quyết định này do Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh xem xét, quyết định theo quy định hiện hành.

Điều 2. Danh mục tài sản mua sắm tập trung cấp tỉnh quy định tại khoản 1 Điều 1 Quyết định này được áp dụng để đơn vị mua sắm tập trung cấp tỉnh tổ chức mua sắm tập trung theo quy định.

Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký.

Chánh Văn phòng UBND tỉnh, Giám đốc các sở, Thủ trưởng các ban, ngành, đoàn thể, đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập, Ban quản lý dự án cấp tỉnh quản lý, Chủ tịch UBND các huyện, thị xã, thành phố và Thủ trưởng các đơn vị có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.
