Liều lượng:
- Liều khuyến cáo thông thường: Liều khởi đầu khuyến cáo của EVADAM là 1 viên [50mg]/1 lần, uống trước khi quan hệ tình dục từ 30 phút đến 1 giờ. Số lần sử dụng tối đa là 1 lần/ngày. Dựa trên hiệu quả và tính dung nạp của từng người, liều dùng có thể tăng lên đến 100mg [2 viên] hoặc có thể giảm xuống 25mg. Liều tối đa là 100mg/1 lần/ngày.
- Người già: Liều khởi đầu là 25mg, sau đó có thể tăng dần liều tuỳ theo khả năng dung nạp và đáp ứng
của cơ thể.
- Suy thận nặng [độ thanh thải creatinin dưới 30 ml/phút]: Liều khởi đầu là 25mg, sau đó có thể tăng dần liều tuỳ theo khả năng dung nạp và đáp ứng của cơ thể.
Cách sử dụng: EVADAM được dùng theo đường uống. Trong mọi trường hợp, nên tuân thủ theo sự hướng dẫn của thầy thuốc.
Tác dụng phụ: Sildenafil được sử dụng trên 3.700 bệnh nhân trong những nghiên cứu lâm sàng toàn cầu. Sildenafil nói chung được dung nạp tốt. Các tác dụng phụ
được báo cáo ở mức độ nhẹ hay vừa. Tác dụng phụ thường gặp là đau đầu, đỏ bừng, đau dạ dày, các thay đổi về thị giác nhẹ và tạm thời [thay đổi nhận thức về mầu sắc, thay đổi về nhận thức ánh sáng, nhìn không rõ], nghẹt mũi, khó tiêu, tiêu chảy. Thông báo cho bác sỹ những tác dụng phụ gặp phải quá trình sử dụng thuốc.
Chú ý đề phòng:
- Tác dụng giãn mạch của sildenafil có thể làm giảm huyết áp nhẹ và thoáng qua. Những bệnh nhân có tắc nghẽn luồng máu ra từ thất trái [như
hẹp van động mạch chủ hay phì đại dưới van động mạch chủ vô căn] có thể nhạy cảm với tác dụng của thuốc giãn mạch bao gồm những thuốc ức chế phosphodiesterase type5.
- Chưa xác định được độ an toàn của sildenafil ở những phân nhóm bệnh nhân dưới đây và do đó việc sử dụng thuốc không được khuyến cáo cho đến khi có thêm thông tin: Bệnh nhân tiền sử bị bệnh nhồi máu cơ tim, đột quị, loạn nhịp tim trong vòng 6 tháng, bệnh nhân bị bệnh tim hay bệnh động mạch vành có thể gây ra chứng đau thắt ngực,

- Tác động của thuốc lên khả năng lái xe và vận hành máy móc.
Các nghiên cứu về ảnh hưởng của thuốc đối với người lái xe và vận hành máy móc chưa được báo cáo đầy đủ. Tuy nhiên, nếu thấy các triệu chứng như nhức đầu, hoa mắt, chóng mặt, thay đổi về thị lực thì cần tránh các hoạt động trên.

Contraindications:

Warnings and cautions when using the drug:
– The drug must be used with caution in patients with liver failure, or with pre-existing anemia. Heavy drinking can increase the hepatotoxicity of paracetamol; should avoid or limit alcohol consumption
– The drug must be used with caution in patients with cough with excessive phlegm and they are chronic in smokers, asthma or emphysema. The patient is at risk or is suffering from respiratory failure.
Ravonol administration is associated with histamine release and should be used with caution in allergic children.
– When taking preparations containing loratadine, there is a risk of dry mouth, especially in the elderly, and an increased risk of tooth decay. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the teeth when using this medicine.
– The drug should be discontinued at least 48 hours before conducting skin testing procedures because the drug containing the antihistamine loratadine may eliminate or reduce the signs of positive skin reactions.
Abuse and dependence of dextromethorphan can occur [although rare], especially due to prolonged high doses.
– Dextromethorphan is metabolised by cytochrome P450 2D6 in the liver. Therefore, caution should be exercised in patients carrying the CYP2D6 slow metabolizer gene or using CYP2D6 inhibitors.
– Do not use for patients with wheat allergy because the drug contains wheat starch [amidon].
Use in pregnancy and lactation:
The drug should be used in pregnancy only when clearly needed. Avoid co-administration of drugs with ethanol while breastfeeding. Loratadine and its metabolite descarboethoxyloratadine are excreted in human milk. If bone therapy is required in nursing mothers, use only low doses and for short periods of time.
Effects of drugs when operating machinery: Use with caution while driving or operating machinery because the drug has a CNS depressant effect of dextromethorphan.
Adverse effects [ADRs]:
Common: Usually erythema or urticaria but sometimes more severe and may be accompanied by drug fever and often mucosal lesions. Headache, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, tachycardia, nausea.
Uncommon: Hematopoietic disorders [neutropenia, pancytopenia, leukopenia], anemia. Kidney disease, nephrotoxicity with long-term abuse. Dry nose and sneezing.
Rare: Hypersensitivity reactions, depression. Tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, palpitations. Abnormal liver function, irregular menstruation and anaphylaxis. Bizarre behavior due to toxicity, CNS depression and respiratory depression may occur with high doses.
Inform your doctor or pharmacist of any unwanted effects encountered while using the drug.
Dosage:
– Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 tablet/time, 2 times/day.
– Do not use for children under 12 years old
– Other products containing paracetamol can be taken during the day, but the total daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 4000mg [including this product] in 24 hours. Allow at least 4 hours between taking any paracetamol containing product and this product
– Should not be used with other cough or cold medicines or any other antihistamine products including topical ones.
