Order Bank 2023
I know that there is some uncertainty and rumours about when the 2023 Super Duty Order Bank will open. I came across this document from the fleet side of FORD and will provide the link. Not saying that it is the truth, but it is something in writing from FORD.
FoCFleetBuildOutStartupDates_05302022.pdf [ford.ca]
As you can see the 2023 Order Bank is scheduled to open Oct 17 with production Jan 3/23.
Here is some background info about the issues this spring for the Super Duty:

Just trying to keep the forum readers informed when I see something interesting.

The dates look correct and it has already covered in other threads on the subject.

I will leave it to others to decide if a dealer who says he can order now is correct [not just trying to generate leads as the 2022 order bank is closed] or is the order bank scheduled to open at FORD on Oct 13/22 with builds to start on Jan 3/23. This information in my link is the first information direct from FORD that shows the dates that I am aware of.
As to the second link, it described how the production at Kentucky Truck Plant has been bouncing around and the early shut off of orders has also happened on other vehicle lines at FORD.

I believe what you posted is factual. I'm just having a little father's day fun. Happy daddy's day and have a great rest of your weekend.

With all their vehicles sold out, why does Ford bother advertising? Hey, Look at our lineup, Too bad you can't Get one, but Pre-order now on an as yet released one for next year! Maybe by then, we will actually have to parts to build one in a timely manner for you!
Has to be rough on most dealers though not having any new inventory to even show a vehicle, let alone sell one. If I want to see what the 2022 Lariat looks like with the baja, and see how the seats feel, I can't. Test Drive, forgetabouit.

I agree not having them to look at with different features and options was a bummer. Its why I originally ordered mine in black but then several weeks later an F150 in Antimatter Blue showed up and once I was able to look at it in person I changed my order over. I also added the tailgate step after coming across another one with it Another thing I would have liked to have done was test drive a CCLB I know its only 16 but it had been over a year since driving a CCSB and I remember it was something I would have to get used to coming from a tiny car. I wasnt sure if I wanted the extra length, but I did want the larger fuel tank. In the end I went with the CCSB and now I kind of wish I had just gone CCLB Anyway, Im just taking this thread off track, but wanted to comment on how not having inventory sucks for the customer and the dealer

I got an opportunity to see and sit in a Lariat w/ baja. I'm not a huge fan of tan interiors but, it looked great! I was pleasantly surprised.

Ive got a 350 on order in Antimatter Blue, with Baja interior, with the 7.3 and have seen neither in person. I hope I like it.
