The not so great is the multitude of resets, both forced and out of the blue. I could be working my way through an online document, with no programs open, and it would freeze and then go back to the Lock Screen. The fingerprint reader would be unresponsive and sometimes even the pin would not work. I thought this may be teething problems but unfortunately it became a daily issue. The laptop has now been returned to Amazon and I await my refund.
