In order to make or receive a phone call in the Watch, you need to connect both of them. If you can't find the 2nd name, tap on the "i" icon and select "Forget this device" from My Devices and turn off Bluetooth and turn on again; then you will find your device under Other devices. Connect to receive/ make calls. You will also receive a pair request (in both Watch and iPhone), accept to connect. Thank you.
