Click on the options icon. That is on the bottom taskbar's far right. Then scroll down to auto play and click if off.
There is also a volume control on the same taskbar.

SoundCloud consistently starts playing related tracks or the next playlist once it reaches the end of the currently running playlist. Is there any way to stop that behavior from happening?
