4 Kết luận
AuNP được bảo vệ bởi dextran, với đường kính khoảng 6-15 nm có thể thực hiện tốt khi
tiến hành bằng phương pháp khử hóa học, dextran vừa là chất khử, vừa là chất bảo vệ. Kích
thước của AuNPs có thể được kiểm soát bằng cách thay đổi thời gia khử, nồng độ Au3+ và nồng
độ dextran. Bột AuNPs với kích thước gần như không thay đổi đã được tạo ra bằng cách phun
sấy. Từ những khảo sát trên, chúng tôi chọn điều kiện tối ưu để tổng hợp AuNP là: nồng độ
Au3+ là 0,50 mM, nồng độ dextran là 1,00%, pH=12 và thời gian tổng hợp 2 giờ, phản ứng diễn
ra ở nhiệt độ phòng.
