Thông báo lỗi: "H:\ XXX\1.1 XXX\1.1.1 XXX\XXX\XXX\1. XXX\1.1 XXX\XXX\2007\2. Working files\Jame's\abc.xls could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name and verify that the file location is correct" or "If you are trying to open the file form your list of most recently used files on the File menu, make sure that the file has not bee renamed, moved or deleted."

Mình đã làm theo hướng dẫn vào File menu open cũng không được. Nhiều lúc mình Rename file bị lỗi thì mở được hay là move file đấy ra thư mục trước đó thì mở được. Bạn nào đã gặp trường hợp thì help mình nhé. Thanks. Thanh Tùng

  Theo như mình nghĩ có thể nguyên nhân phát sinh lỗi như sau:

Tên File Excel dài thì không thể mở được,rename lại tên ngắn thì mở được(ko biết li do ???). 3. Mình tạo 1 file Excel trong thư mục trên, nếu tên file ngắn thì mở được. Tên file dài quá thì không mở được ( Ko hiểu vì sao ???). Những vấn đề mình đã làm. Bạn nào có ý kiến nào thì giúp mình nha. Thanks.

Bạn thử copy đường dẫn (Path) từ hộp address của explorer -> vào 1 cell nào đó của excel (A1 chẳng hạn) -> rồi dùng công thức cho 1 cell khác (A2 chẳng hạn) đếm số ký tự xem bao nhiêu (=LEN(A1)) > xem có vượt quá 127 không (cộng thêm cả tên file dài dài ấy),

có thể Ms crosoft tuyên bố là hệ điều hành hỗ trợ tên dài thỏa mãi (hình hư 256 ký tự) nhưng một số phần mềm (như excel chẳng hạn) lại hỗ trợ có 127 ký tự (1 byte) thôi, thử xem sao
