Nhà trường và quản lí nhà trường trong thế kỉ 21 đòi hỏi những kiến thức, kĩ năng và phẩm chất đạo đức mới ở người cán bộ quản lý cơ sở giáo dục. Do vậy, chương trình đào tạo, bồi dưỡng cán bộ quản lý cơ sở giáo dục phải đáp ứng những yêu cầu này. Tại Trường Đại học Sư phạm- Đại học Đà Nẵng, việc nâng cao chât lượng chương trình bồi dưỡng cán bộ quản lý cơ sở giáo dục luôn là nội dung quan trọng trong chiến lược phát triển của Trường, góp phần quyết định việc thực hiện thành công sứ mệnh đào tạo nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, đáp ứng nhu cầu của đất nước trong thời kỳ hội nhập và phát triến kinh tế. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi trình bày kết quả đánh giá chương trình bồi dưỡng cán bộ quản lý cơ sở giáo dục phổ thông do ĐHSP- ĐHĐN thực hiện và những yếu tố tác động đến thực trạng này. </p> </div> <div class="bai-bao-tom-tat"> <p class="bai-bao-caption">Abstract:</p> <p class="bao-bao-noi-dung"> In the context of the 21st century, there are four major characteristics: globalization; internationalize; rapid growth of information technology; market economy, knowledge economy and national and national issues, then the human resources that education should be able to meet the requirements of the times. School and school management in the 21st century requires new knowledge, skills and ethics in school administrators. As a result, training programs and training courses for managers of educational institutions must meet these requirements. At the University of Education - University of Da Nang, the improvement of the quality of the program of fostering education managers is always an important element in the development strategy of the University, contributing to deciding the implementation. Successful mission to train high quality human resources, meet the needs of the country in the period of integration and economic development.
