Synchronizing subscribed folders for gmail bị lỗi

Khi sử dụng Outlook kết nối bằng giao thức IMAP thỉnh thoảng chúng ta sẽ gặp lỗi: Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders. Lỗi này xảy ra với với các tài khoản mail có dung lượng lớn, chứa nhiều messages và files đính kèm … dẫn đến thời gian đồng bộ quá lâu, Outlook không nhận được tín hiệu phản hồi từ server mail, Outlook sẽ bị treo và báo lỗi error code 0x800ccc0e

Cách Sửa Lỗi Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders:

01 – Kiểm tra thư mục IMAP Folders:

• Click chuột phải trên tài khoản mail, chọn mục IMAP Folders:

• Click vào thẻ Subscribed ==> Query , quét chọn các thư mục ==> click vào nút Unsubscribe

• Nếu có hiển thị cảnh báo 1 số thư mục không thể Unsubscribe , thì chúng ta cứ nhấn OK để bỏ qua.

• Tiếp tục chuyển sang thẻ All, thực hiện thao tác : Query , quét chọn các thư mục ==> click vào nút Subscribe và nhấn OK, sau đó nhấn Send / Receive để kiểm tra lại xem Outlook đã hoạt động bình thường chưa ?

02 – Nếu cách trên vẫn không fix được lỗi thì chúng ta tiến hành gở bỏ tài khoản rồi cài đặt lại. Do sử dụng giao thức IMAP để kết nối nên việc gở bỏ tài khoản trên Outlook rồi cài đặt lại không làm mất dữ liệu, vì dữ liệu sẽ được đồng bộ lại từ server mail xuống Outlook.

Trong Outlook 2010, mình thiết lập tài khoản với tuỳ chọn IMAP nhưng không hiểu tại sao quá trình sync lỗi mãi.

Outlook 2010 x64 - ver 14.0.4760.1000
Gmail

Đã từng thử disable tất cả antivirus, firewall nhưng vẫn không thu đc kết quả khả quan!

Tổng dung lượng mail trên Gmail rất ít, chừng vài chục MB vẫn sync không thành công!

Nó báo lỗi như sau:

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for .' reported error (0x800CCC0E): 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for . Error: The TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly tẻminated by the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Hiện nay IMAP của Gmail đang bị lỗi, bạn thiết lập lại chọn POP thì truy cập bình thường, thân.

Nhưng nếu chỉ sync tiêu đề thì vẫn sync đc!

Sync full thì lại lỗi! Thế là thế nào nhỉ?

I have reviewed other posts on this topic and not found the answer to my issue.

Bought a brand new laptop - Dell XPS 15.

Office 2010 Home & Business pre-installed, purchased Product key from Microsoft and installed the software clean.

I have 2 IMAP gmail accounts. 

I have quintuple-checked that my IMAP settings are correct.  And in fact, both accounts (") do sync up with all of the folders and new mail.

However, when I click "Send/Receive All" or F9, Outlook hangs up as it is "Synchronizing subscribed folders for "."

The progress bars will indicate progressively longer times (ie, when I first hit F9, it will say 30 secs, then 60 secs, then all the way up to 34 minutes, and more.  I have to cancel the progress everytime

Oddly, I have 2 other IMAP accounts that I sync in Outlook which are Google Apps accounts, vs the aforementioned Gmail accounts.  These have NO problems syncing at all.

I used to sync all four of these accounts perfectly via IMAP protocol on my old laptop running Office Professional 2003.

One of the (multiple) reasons I upgraded laptops and Office was because Outlook was starting to hang up and "not Respond" forcing shut down.  The same thing is happening now and I am a bit frustrated.  Can someone please offer advice?  Thank you.
