The scent does lighten up a little over time, yet noticeable and long lasting. I love the size, it's perfect for people like me, who need to test it before going all in to purchase the more expensive larger bottle. I think for me, this would be worth considering buying again, but due to migraines I still hesitate. If you don't have any sort of issues like mine, then go for it. It's worth it and smells amazing. Maybe my sense of smell is up the creak but sometimes u can smell citrus and other times it smells earthy. We both like it.
