TÓM TẮT: Rút gọn thuộc tính là bài toán quan trọng trong bước tiền xử lý dữ liệu của quá trình khai phá dữ liệu và khám phá tri thức. Trong mấy năm gần đây, các nhà nghiên cứu đề xuất các phương pháp rút gọn thuộc tính trực tiếp trên bảng quyết định gốc theo tiếp cận tập thô mờ (Fuzzy Rough Set FRS) nhằm nâng cao độ chính xác mô hình phân lớp. Tuy nhiên, số lượng thuộc tính thu được theo tiếp cận FRS chưa tối ưu do ràng buộc giữa các đối tượng trong bảng quyết định chưa được xem xét đầy đủ. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi đề xuất phương pháp rút gọn thuộc tính trực tiếp trên bảng quyết định gốc theo tiếp cận tập thô mờ trực cảm (Intuitionistic Fuzzy Rough Set IFRS) dựa trên các đề xuất mới về hàm thành viên và không thành viên. Kết quả thử nghiệm trên các bộ dữ liệu mẫu cho thấy, số lượng thuộc tính của tập rút gọn theo phương pháp đề xuất giảm đáng kể so với các phương pháp FRS và một số phương pháp IFRS khác. Mạng đồng tác giả là mạng lưới học thuật giữa các nhà nghiên cứu viết chung bài báo khoa học, mức độ kết hợp đồng tác giả có thể được đặc trưng bởi các độ đo liên kết. Đựa trên các đặc trưng đó, hình thành nhiều bài toán có ý nghĩa, trong đó có khuyến nghị cộng tác, gợi ý các tác giả có thể kết hợp trong tương lai hoặc tăng cường hợp tác. Bài báo này đề xuất một số độ đo liên kết mới dựa trên cộng đồng tác giả, kịch bản thiết lập bảng ứng viên động theo thời gian, và xây dựng một hệ khuyến nghị đồng tác giả sử dụng các độ đo đó. O presente artigo pretende discutir a extensão do princípio institucional da independência funcional do Ministério Público. Iniciou-se o artigo realizando uma breve exposição sobre a história do Ministério Público Brasileiro ao longo das Constituições. Em seguida, trabalhou-se o conteúdo dos princípios institucionais do Ministério Público. No terceiro capítulo, relatou-se a concepção prevalente sobre a independência funcional no Brasil e seus problemas diante da unidade ministerial. Para tanto, analisou-se o entendimento adotado em outros países (Portugal, Argentina e Peru) sobre a independência funcional, bem como as limitações da garantida, adotadas em outra carreira, no caso a magistratura. Giải thích nguồn gốc của sự tương đồng và khác biệt. Từ đó giúp cho việc hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật quốc gia để hòa nhập vào thế giới.
